Raúl Jiménez is at it again for Fulham.
The 33-year-old Mexican international produced what could well be a leading contender for one of the assists of the season during the Cottager’s narrow 3-2 loss away at Manchester City on Saturday.
Sitting level at 0-0, Jiménez received from Alex Iwobi inside the box before settling and flicking a back-heel pass, splitting John Stones and Joško Gvardiol while lofting it over the head of Manuel Akanji.
The ball eventually found Andreas Pereira, whose side-foot effort slotted past Ederson.
Though it was only his first assist of the 2024-25 Premier League season, Jiménez has been everpresent for Fulham in the early doors of the current campaign.
His three goals for Marco Silva’s men in six appearances make him one of their standout performers.
