Experienced Houston Dynamo midfielder Héctor Herrera saw his night end early after appearing to spit at the referee against the Seattle Sounders Sunday evening in the MLS Cup Playoffs.
Houston came into the night needing a win after losing game one in Seattle on penalty kicks last week, and their task just got much harder after they lost their most experienced midfielder.
Mexican maestro Héctor Herrera saw seen his season come to an end in disastrous fashion after appearing to spit at the referee when disagreeing with his call of a previous foul.
While the midfield man committed the offense behind the back of the official, VAR is always watching!

After losing their talismanic midfielder Coco Carrasquilla to a red-card in game one, the Dynamo have now lost their skipper and the metronome of the team.
It’s not looking good for Houston!
