I’m telling you, I don’t think Cooper Cup is a Ram next year.
So if he’s not going to be a Ram next year, if he’s going to be a cap casualty for you in the off season, why would you not move him?
It’s just, it would be stunning.
Like he has been such a big part of what mcveigh, but look at, look at the record, Frank, I get it.
I do get it, but it’s like there’s a, there’s a few guys you’re just like you just, I don’t think they could pull the, pull the trigger to trade him and I just with, with Cup.
It’s like, again, he, he had maybe one of the greatest all time seasons for any player in NFL history and blah, blah, there’s health issues, there’s financial issues, there’s the issue of your record and what are they getting for Cooper Cup in your mind?
What’s real?
It might take some contingencies.
Um But you could probably get a third that graduates into a second round pick for him with, with and not, not like a steep graduation like, you know, not, hey, he’s got a suit up for us.
In the Super Bowl, especially if that team feels like like Adams, like if you’re the jets, part of the attraction of bringing Adams is in is he was willing to restructure his deal and potentially open the door to being there in 2025.
If you’re an acquiring team with Cooper Cup, and you’re saying we’ll get him the remainder of this season, we’re square in the middle of our Super Bowl window.
Um, and we think we can work with him to make sure he comes back in 2025.
That’s worth it, I think.
And, and the Chiefs like, right, like you’re not trading him within a conference and you’re, you’re basically doing if you’re Shaw mcvey, you’re doing right by one of your key players of your entire career.
You say Gay Cooper go win another Super Bowl and if you’re the Chiefs, you’re like, yeah, ok. We’ve given up a pick for, you know, half a season Cooper Cup or whatever we don’t care about next season.
We care about three P right now.
Let’s go get it.
But we hear constantly teams are not gonna help the Chiefs.
Is that real?
I mean, if you’re, if you’re the Rams, are you helping the Chiefs win the third Super Bowl in a row?
I don’t see why they wouldn’t.
I, but they’re not in the same like it’s not like Devante because it’s the division and you hate them.
I don’t know what do the rams have any beef with the Chiefs?
Not that I can think of.
So it’s like again, do right.
John mcveigh doing right by Cooper Cup, I think would be setting him the Chiefs.
