Typhoon Kong-rey passed through the northernmost Philippine province of Batanes on Oct. 31. The storm may cause flash flooding and landslides and could severely disrupt essential services.
Risks: Violent crime and dengue.
Reasons: Violent crime occurs in Trinidad and Tobago including armed robberies, carjackings, assaults, sexual assaults, kidnappings, murders and home invasions.

Reasons: Since Aug. 22, there have been ongoing demonstrations and violent clashes between protesters and security forces in Jakarta and other cities across Indonesia.
