A collision Thursday night between a pedestrian and vehicle has sent one person to hospital, the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) say.
At approximately 10:40 p.m., Ottawa police were called to the Navaho Drive and Woodroffe Avenue area following reports of a collision in the roadway.
Police say the pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries and is in critical condition.
The OPS Fatal Collision Unit are looking for witnesses who might have seen the collision.
Investigators are seeking dash cam footage and want to hear from people who might have information related to the incident.
Police tell CityNews the vehicle involved remained at the scene.
