Aaron Rodgers had by far his best round while Travis Kelce had his worst to close out the 2024 American Century Championship.
Rodgers had one of the best rounds of the day with an overall score of 24, more than doubling his overall score from the previous two days. The New York Jets quarterback finished in 15th place with an overall total of 46 points in the modified Stableford event. In Stableford formats, positive overall scores are better than negatives.
Kelce, by contrast, saw his game completely fall apart on the final day of the tournament. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end wound up falling all the way to 63rd place after a -11 score.
Kelce was one of just nine players in the field who wound up with a double-digit negative score.
That said, Kelce did wind up having fun even if his golf game wasn’t at its best.
Former tennis player Mardy Fish won the event with an overall score of 83.
