But there’s a battle coming up on Thursday opening day.
You said not only am I a two time Super Bowl champion, you said I’m a current Baltimore Ravens.
We got the reigning MVP Lamar Jackson going into the reigning Champs house, the Kansas City Chiefs led by Kyle Van Oy on Thursday night, opening day.
What has the prep been like?
What is the building like?
How are you feeling?
We are excited but we can’t be more excited than the guys playing.
Tell us what’s going on.
It’s, you just got me all riled up.
Let’s go play right now.
Uh The prep has been amazing.
I believe we’ve had, I don’t wanna say a good week, right?
We’ve been preparing this for a while just like they have, uh they’ve known we, you know, since the schedule came out, coach has been preparing, getting ready and then just diving into the game plans, making sure we’re on the same page and then just the urgency.
A lot of people are going to talk about this being a revenge game.
You can’t say that because that was an AFC championship game.
I just don’t, you know, that’s just not possible.
I just think this is the first game, this was the last team we played, you know, they, they’re the champs and we’re going to respect them going in there.
They earned uh being the Super Bowl champs from last year, but it is a 00 start and they have a new team.
They lost some players, we lost some players, they gained some players and we did.
So I think it’s going to be an awesome matchup.
I, I’m excited and I’m looking forward to it, the urgency in the building and the vibe is really, really good.
It’s awesome.
I’m really pumped to play in this game, especially on opening day where you get to be the first game, everybody’s watching, you got to get your dances right through.
You make a play, you got to get on the same page.
