After leading 462 laps in the Bass Pro Shops Night Race, Hendrick Motorsports’ Kyle Larson showed the No. 5 team’s full potential with a dominant win in the 500-lapper at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Larson scored his fifth win of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season and advanced to the next round of the Cup Series Playoffs.
Chase Elliott, Bubba Wallace, Denny Hamlin and Christopher Bell rounded out the top five.

Ryan Blaney, Ryan Preece, Chase Briscoe, Alex Bowman and Ross Chastain completed the top 10.
Ty Gibbs, Martin Truex Jr., Brad Keselowski and Burton were eliminated from the postseason. Daniel Suárez was the last driver to advance on points.
After completing the first 233 laps, Harrison Burton took the No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford to the garage with power steering issues, ending his hopes of advancing to the Round of 12 in the Cup Series Playoffs. He entered Bristol 20 points below the elimination line.

Burton later returned to the track and finished 35th.
