Napoli held Juventus to a scoreless draw in Turin as Antonio Conte made his return to square off with his old team.
Attacking football was not the main course on offer at the Allianz Stadium, as the ball found itself stuck in midfield throughout the 90 minutes.
While few big chances were carved out, the hosts perhaps had the best chance to find a winner when the ball fell to Teun Koopmeiners inside the Napoli box, but the midfielder skewed his shot wide of the post. Michele Di Gregorio did have some work to do in the Juve net as well, saving a well-hit Matteo Politano free-kick.
After solid starts from both sides in Serie A this season, they will finish the evening in the top-four. It’s not two straight games without a win for Napoli, while Juve remain unbeaten in the league.
