Brock University students will have another chance to gain meaningful work experience on campus next summer through the Canada Summer Jobs Program.
Departments looking to create student summer positions for 2025 are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity by applying for the Government of Canada wage subsidy through Brock’s internal application process.
The Office of Government and Community Relations will evaluate each application based on the program’s criteria to maximize the chances of securing funding for all Brock submissions.
Eligible jobs for the program must offer meaningful employment opportunities that support a student’s career development while aligning with the University’s mission and strategic direction.
Interested departments are asked to contact Zach Dadson at zdadson@brocku.ca as soon as possible to begin the application process. Completed applications for 2025 must be submitted in full to the Office of Government and Community Relations by Friday, Dec. 6, 2024.
