I take this as the first three quarters.
I watched a team in the Vikings that looks like a super bowl contender to me and it looks like they have an MVP candidate, a quarterback.
I, I didn’t look, I was as hard, hard as anybody out.
Sam Arnold in the off season.
I said, what are they even doing?
They wasted their money on this guy.
He’s, he’s not an NFL quarterback.
Well, he is, he’s playing as well as anybody.
They led 28 7 after three quarters, very reminiscent of the 49er game a couple of weeks ago when the 49er had seven points after three quarters when the Texans had seven points after three quarters, they gotta finish games better.
You don’t want the fourth quarter like that, obviously, but I look at it like the only points a packer scored is when the Vikings must have punched at their own three yard line like that.
That’s it.
They could get nothing going.
Brian Flores’s defense was tipping every pass.
Jordan Love threw up there.
Sam Arnold was just hitting everybody.
Jordan Addison’s back in the lineup.
He scores two touchdowns if we just eliminate what we thought about the Vikings in the preseason.
This is a super bowl contender, like, like they have the best set of quality wins.
You could have, I mean to, to really dominate against the 49er, the Texans and the Packers, we thought all three of those teams could be super bowl contenders this year.
Well, if you dominate all three of those teams, doesn’t that make you a super bowl contender?
So we didn’t see this coming necessarily.
But if you start to get rid of your preconceived notions of the Vikings, they have all the ingredients man and they haven’t even, they, they missed two games with Addison.
They haven’t had TJ Hawkinson yet.
Ivan Pace has been out.
Dallas Turner missed last week.
It’s not like they’ve been some picture of health.
There’s a really, really good well coached football team to me, this game was all about the Vikings and them announcing to the world.
Hey, you thought we were some cute early season story, but we’re not going anywhere.
All of this is not a fluke.
The Vikings are a very, very good football team this year to your point.
Look at who they beaten the 49er, the Texans, the Packers in three straight weeks.
Those are three teams that, that right.
And those are three teams that are getting a ton of street cred, right.
Those are three teams that we believe are good teams this year.
So to get those wins the way they got those wins.
You’re right.
I mean, this just keeps rolling.
