Alcaraz – Tiafoe: 05.07.2024 14:30 CEST
H2H: 1-2
Carlos Alcaraz has won four of his last five matches. Two weeks ago in London, Carlos was defeated by Jack Draper in the 1/8-Finals. Here at Wimbledon, Alcaraz won his first round match against Lajal in tight straight sets as we predicted. After that, Carlos defeated Vukic in the second round in straight sets as well. Last year at Wimbledon, Carlos played his best tennis. En route to the title, Alcaraz won against Berrettini, Rune, Medvedev, Djokovic and some other great players.
Frances Tiafoe has won three of her last five matches. Two weeks ago in London, Tiafoe retired mid-match against Hijikata in the first round. Here at Wimbledon, Frances defeated Arnaldi in five tough sets as we predicted. Tiafoe was 0-2 down, but managed to turn the match around and win after three hours. In the second round, Tiafoe defeated Coric easily in straight sets. Last year at Wimbledon, Tiafoe reached the 1/16-Finals where he lost against Grigor Dimitrov in straight sets.
According to the bookies, Alcaraz is the big favorite in this matchup. We believe that he will win this match. However, Tiafoe is a great server, so we believe that he will keep this match tight. Frances has already won twice against Alcaraz, so that goes in our favor as well.
That being said, Tiafoe covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Sinner – Kecmanovic: 05.07.2024 18:00 CEST
H2H: 3-0
Jannik Sinner has won seven straight matches. Last week in Halle, Sinner lifted the title, winning against Hurkacz in the final. In his first round match at Wimbledon, Sinner defeated Hanfmann in four sets. After that, in the second round, Sinner had it tough against Berrettini as we predicted. Jannik defeated him in four sets, winning all three tiebreaks in the match. According to the bookies, Sinner is one of the biggest favorites to win Wimbledon this season. Last year at Wimbledon, Jannik reached the semifinals where he lost against Djokovic in straight sets.
Miomir Kecmanovic has won four of his last five matches. Last week in Eastbourne, Miomir reached the quarterfinals where he lost against Max Purcell in straight sets. Here at Wimbledon, Kecmanovic won his first round match against Nagal in four sets. After that, Kecmanovic defeated Griekspoor as an underdog, winning in five sets. Miomir was 1-2 down, but managed to stay calm and turn the match around. Last year at Wimbledon, Miomir lost in the first round against Schwartzman in straight sets.
According to the bookies, Sinner is the big favorite in this matchup. After his second round win against Berrettini, we believe that Sinner will be fully confident. Kecmanovic had a rough second round match, so we believe that he will be tired against Jannik.
That being said, Sinner covering the games handicap is a value bet.
