The 25-year-old’s body was evaluated by AI to be tops based on well-being, health and strength. Also factoring in were aesthetics like symmetry, proportion and overall harmony.
“She has the perfect body in terms of definition and is ideal in the fitness world,” Playboy Australia declared.
With more than 700,000 Instagram followers, the Brazilian beauty chalked up her stunning physique to a healthy diet and lots of gym time.
“Seeing the results in the mirror is already a victory,” she told Playboy. “Being recognized as the ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ is incredible!”
She currently weight trains five days a week and attends daily aerobic classes. Rosalin said she began her hardcore regimen eight years ago.
Fuelled by a fruit, vegetables, oats, and chicken diet, her favourite snacks are baked sweet potato chips and vegetable frittatas. Breakfast is typically two scrambled eggs, cassava, papaya, pineapple, oats, cinnamon and coffee.

However, experts noted that following Rosalin’s tough regimen may not yield similar results,
“Genetics and lifestyle play a huge role in determining body shape and type, and I want to stress that there are many ‘perfect’ body types. Opinions are subjective, and the concept of the ‘perfect body’ is inherently subjective,” Ben Lucas, director of Flow Athletic, told the Sydney Daily Telegraph.
Lucas added that strength and resistance training is a “brilliant” way to speed up metabolism, aiding in fat burning and muscle toning.
“I would recommend incorporating two to three sessions of resistance training into your weekly routine,” he said.
“That said, staying active every day is essential, whether it’s a brisk walk, swimming, playing tennis with friends, or attending different workout classes.”
He agreed that a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and lean proteins is the way forward. Lucas cautioned that while visual benefits are a nice bonus, health and fitness should be the primary objective.
“Typically, people train for events such as fun runs, HYROX competitions, or bodybuilding shows, so they focus on performance,” he said, adding that “everyone has different preferences and unique body types.”
The name of the game is doing what works for you, he said.
