Yahoo Sports fantasy analyst Andy Behrens explains why he’s confident in the Bears quarterback this week.
Well, I was gonna go a little less bold but I’ll, I’ll try to not be hegy here and I will say that Caleb Williams is giving us a top three fantasy week at quarterback.
This is a feat that he came close to last week.
He was just outside the top five.
Caleb has made just obvious progress, right.
He’s gone over 300 yards in two of his last three games.
He’s coming off a game in which he averaged 10.5 yards per pass attempt, uh, connected on a couple of deep shots in week five, which has obviously been an issue to this point in the season.
So that was good to see he’s on a roll heading into the London game facing a Jacksonville defense that ranks dead last against the pass.
Jacksonville is allowed 8.1 yards per attempt about 288 passing yards per game.
10 passing touchdowns.
They don’t have an interception yet this season, so not very opportunistic.
Um, Williams has been pretty smart, opportunistic runner this season too, had a rushing score negated by penalty last week.
That was a little disappointing, but that is an element to his game.
Uh The number one overall pick playing pretty well.
That’s a tough scene for the haters and losers fits.
Uh And, and he should continue thriving against a pretty user friendly defense.
I like to see that was, that felt bold.
That just felt, that’s a proclamation.
Oh, good.
