Diljit wore his signature desi look, complete with turban at the US talk show. A short-sleeved kurta with tamba or tehmat – a traditional, draped Punjabi bottom, paired with monochrome sneakers from a popular US sports brand. Accessorised with a black shoulder harness, gold baalis or hoops, and a Rs 1.2 crore-worth blingy, Swiss luxury brand watch designed by a New York-based jeweller. Kurta-tamba with turban, seems like an extension of Diljit’s personality. He wears with flair while combining touches of unassuming pearls, gold or silver jewellery, bright coloured gloves, and of course, cool kicks.
His everyday fits inch towards understated, yet luxurious streetstyle. At times, almost Gen Z-like but more bougie. Think baggy sweatshirts and t-shirts, co-ord sets, vests, jackets, cargo pants, bucket hats. A self-confessed sneakerhead, his vibrant and edgy collection has pairs from luxury Spanish and Italian brands, to US sports brands.

Big on logo mania, and designs that grab attention, Badshah doesn’t shy away from embracing bold colours and statement pieces, much like his punchy raps and songs. Oversized outerwear, played around with basic bottoms, chunky footwear and accessories, like the acetone-wash, anti-fit jacket from an Indian designer label, in the pic.

India-born and Canada-bred Jonita Gandhi, and AP Dhillon deserve a space on the list for sheer personality, as singer-performers and fashionistas. Jonita explores her fusion-ness through her fashion choices. Much like the camouflaged, frilled saree, paired with booties and a high braided ponytail. While AP wears clothes that are a sign of his success –journey from a basement studio to sold out concerts. Think turtlenecks, loungesuits, sweatshirts, to multi-lakhs worth suits, and a dose of jazz in the form of jewels, and of course his signature ducktail beard.
