Bajaj Consumer Care | The record date for the Bajaj Group company’s share buyback is Tuesday, July 2. The dates for the ₹166.5 crore buyback are yet to be announced. The company intends to repurchase 57.41 lakh equity shares through the tender offer route, at a price of ₹290 apiece. Earlier in 2022, the company had announced a ₹80.89 crore buyback at a price of ₹240 per share through the open market route.
Oil India | The state-run PSU had announced last month that it will issue one free share for every two held by the shareholders as on the record date, which has now been fixed as Tuesday, July 2. The company has earlier issued one free share for every two held in 2018, one for every three shares in 2017 and three for every two shares held in 2012.
GPT Infraprojects | Wednesday, July 3, 2024 is the record date for GPT Infraprojects’ bonus issue of shares. The construction company will issue one free share for every one held as on the record date. It has earlier issued bonus shares in a similar 1:1 ratio in 2022 and in 2017 as well.
eClerx Services | If you want to be eligible to participate in the eClerx Services share buyback, you need to own shares of the company before its record date, which has been fixed as Thursday, July 4, 2024. The company intends to repurchase 13.75 lakh equity shares for not more than ₹385 crore through the tender offer route at a price of ₹2,800 per share.
SKF India | The last chance to buy SKF India shares before the record date for its ₹130 dividend is this week. Record date for the dividend payout has been fixed as Thursday, July 4, 2024. The company has announced a dividend of such a quantum for the first time after 2020.
3M India | Friday, July 5, 2024, is the record date for 3M India’s 6,850% dividend announcement that it made towards the end of May. The company had announced a final dividend of ₹160 per share along with a special dividend of ₹525 per share, taking the total payout to ₹685. The record date for both the final and special dividend are the same. In 2023, 3M India had declared a dividend of ₹100 per share. Earlier, it announced a special dividend of ₹850 in 2022.
There are other companies in the list too. The record date for Apollo Tyres’ ₹6 dividend is July 5, as is that for AstraZeneca Pharma’s ₹24 dividend. Balkrishna Industries and Bharat Forge, who announced a payout of ₹4 per share and ₹6.5 per share respectively, also have their record dates on Friday, July 5. Some other companies who have their record date on Friday, July 5, include Navin Fluorine (₹7 per share), Nucleus Software (₹12.5 per share), Piramal Enterprises (₹10 per share), Thermax (₹12 per share) and Redington India (₹6.2 per share).
CAMS | The record date for the dividend declared by CAMS has been fixed as Monday, July 8, 2024. The company had announced its highest ever dividend payout of ₹16.5 per share.
