This is our weekly segment drive to win presented by Toyota official, automotive partner of the NFL.
Let’s get it going.
I’ll get it started since I just went on this long rant about ou and our players and what we are, why not start with my first drive to win with Tony Jefferson, a guy who had retired said, you know what, I’m coming out of retirement because I still got a little bit left in the tank.
Speaking of drive to win, Tony Jefferson, 14 tackles, one sack, two passes deflected and two interceptions.
Oh gosh.
Hey Trey Lance, five picks but with the TJ.
So thank you for at least two of those, Tony Jefferson, one of my players for a drive to win.
And of course, he went to the University of Oklahoma.
Why else would he be balling?
You love Tony, love Tony.
He was a scout for the Ravens last year.
He saw me come off the couch and ball and he said, you know what, I’ll take the year off and come and ball after being a scout.
Hell yeah, Tony EJ.
Good dude.
By the way, anyways my drive to win Geno Smith not talked about very much, you know, feel like he’s kind of flown under the radar but has had pretty good seasons as the starter up in Seattle and guess what?
He came out, he came out hot the other night against Cleveland here, a little pass there.
Nice pass to DK Matt cap for the touchdown.
He was supposed to play.
Mike Mac said, hey, he, he’s gonna play a couple of series.
Nah, he ain’t because he showed what he’s gonna do in the season and one drive so good.
Shout out to Geno Smith.
We got all we need to see.
All right, last week, I wasn’t excited because they beat my Buccaneers and I don’t really talk about Florida teams unless it’s the Bucks.
But I’m gonna talk about a couple of quarterbacks from, dude.
Oh, Trevor Lawrence and Mac Jones.
Trevor Lawrence, 8 to 1092 yards and two touchdowns.
Mighty Mac 13 of 1813 yards in the Tub.
Mac been baling all preseason for him.
Somebody needs to do something.
I’ve, I’ve been saying if I’m one of these teams that I’m, uh, you got a Mac Jones out there.
A Jameis Winston out there, I’m at least training for them so I can have some type of firm security if I’m Green Bay.
I don’t know if y’all watch Green Bay’s backups, but if I’m Green Bay, I’m trading for Mac Jones or James Winston because if Jordan love do not play all season.
Lord.
Please help Green Bay.
