Let’s take a look at this week’s waiver wire connections presented by spectrum every week.
Dalton and I share a large medium and small priority player on the waiver wire here in week 11.
I think we got a better week of waiver editions than we did last week going into week 10.
So Dalton start us out with your small priority player this week.
I’ll go with Drake May.
He’s coming off a couple of tough matchups and then an injury before that.
But I’m saying May is going to be a QB one in future weeks.
The rookie entered last week’s second in scramble rate first in yards per rush among quarterbacks and he’s available in more than 85% of Yahoo leagues.
My small priority player is Adni Mitchell, 6% rostered.
Look, I think 2025 is probably gonna be the year for Mitchell because he is still a mistake prone rookie.
Um He makes errors, things like that, but man, he just, he flashes so much as a player.
He did play a full time role basically last week, uh got six targets, six catches over 70 yards, my medium priority.
Uh Trey Benson, he set season highs and touches and total yards last week.
Benson has looked good over the last two weeks and he’s the clear backup to Connor.
Now, Connor’s 29 years old and has missed multiple games during all seven years in the league.
Benson is purely a stash.
Uh, but he’s one who could be a league winner.
A guy who’s not gonna offer you anything explosive wise.
But, you know, somebody we’ve had in our Fantasy Lives previously with a different team this year is Cam Akers at 14% rostered, I think Acre at this point has supplanted Ty Chandler as the second running back in Minnesota.
He should probably be on benches if you’re through your bi week gauntlet and not on fantasy waiver wires.
My large priority Adrick estimate on the Broncos, Sean Payton followed through with his late promised to get the rookie the ball more last week for sure.
Um, estimate out, snapped out, touched and outgained all other Denver backs at a 70% snap share after halftime.
Uh, the Fantasy production wasn’t there but Kansas City is the league’s toughest defense against running backs and Peyton said he’ll continue to get more reps. Peyton’s backs just get a ton of targets routinely.
So estimate needs to be added in all Fantasy Leagues and he’s out there in more than 95% of them in Yahoo.
My large priority player is not as widely available, but absolutely should be I think closer to 100% rostered is Ricky Piersall, who’s only rostered in just about 39% of Yahoo Leagues.
Pierce saw three games into his rookie season, feel pretty good about him succeeding in that 49er offense and adding a different dimension to it as well.
Dalton, your guy, Ricky Piersall is somebody I think people should add.
