It’s very common to try something new when traveling, and that’s exactly what the Giants will do Sunday when they take on the Carolina Panthers in Munich, Germany as part of the 2024 NFL International Games.

New York is expected to start Evan Neal at right tackle, moving Jermaine Eluemunor to left tackle, according to multiple reports.

Since star LT Andrew Thomas went down with a season-ending foot injury, Josh Ezeudu and Chris Hubbard have started the past three games. Both have struggled, prompting the Giants to make a change.

Neal, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, will get another chance to turn his career around with his first start of the 2024 season.

The 24-year-old started 13 games during his rookie season, but has played in just nine games since due to injuries and performance. He started seven games during the 2023 season and has played in only two this year.

Neal last started in Week 9 of the 2023 season against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Eluemunor has played 100 percent of the offensive snaps in his first year with the Giants after coming from the Raiders in free agency. He has been strong at RT this season and has played other positions on the line before, but has not played LT over his eight-year career.

New York hopes the change will better protect QB Daniel Jones, who has been sacked 27 times this season.
