After a large and stacked list of new content for Netflix Canada in the final month of 2024, the start of the new year certainly looks a little quieter for the streaming service.
And while there aren’t really any big name releases, like SquidGames in December, the smaller list in January still has some very intriguing items.
That includes a pair of documentary releases in the first eight days of the new year.
A two-part docuseries on the Jerry Springer Show will be released on Jan. 7, with season six of I Am A Killer dropping 24 hours later.
A new series about the wives and girlfriends of famous athletes will be released later on in January, while season two of both Mo and The Recruit will drop late in the month.
Comedy specials are on the way from Gabriel Iglesias, Ari Shaffir and Liza Treygar.
There will also be more live events in January, as WWE Raw and WWE NXT will be broadcast on Netflix on Jan. 6 and Jan. 7 respectively.
As always, there are several original films being released to the streaming service next month, including Back In Action starring Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx.
