Heavy rain has caused disruption and flooding across Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.
The Environment Agency has issued 23 flood warnings for Lincolnshire, including areas near Bourne, Grantham, Lincoln and Sleaford. In East Yorkshire, there are seven flood warnings, including the Upper Hull catchment and the village of Bielby near Pocklington.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said it has received about 50 calls from people who reported water entering their properties.
Phoenix Graham, who lives in Ruskington, said she had been left “upset beyond words” after heavy rain left her home surrounded by flood water.
Ms Graham, who lives on Manor Street, said “bits of building materials” were floating around her garden.
“It’s horrendous,” she added.
Ms Graham said she was camping upstairs in her home, as the house is still a “building site” due to repairs caused from Storm Babet in October 2023.
Ms Graham, who had previously complained about flood defences in the area, said no water had yet entered the property but admitted she was “starting to panic a little bit”.
“I am enraged with it all, frustrated and upset beyond words,” she said.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue told BBC Radio Lincolnshire the majority of calls it had received had come from people living in the south of the county.
Tom Patrick, station manager from the brigade said: “We’ve probably got around 40 to 50 calls continually that we are either actively on scene with or we are monitoring because we recognise that people need some support.
“At the minute we are getting lots of calls where water is starting to come into their properties or near to.
“We’ve also got [calls from] early hours where people were getting stuck in their vehicles.”
On Facebook, Lincolnshire Police said it had attended “multiple” road traffic incidents across the county due to the severe weather conditions.
The A1 northbound has been closed between Long Bennington and Grantham due to flooding. The A15 is also closed in both directions between Leasingham and the Holdingham roundabout.
Humberside Fire and Rescue said it had attended flooding in North East Lincolnshire at Humber Road in South Killingholme and Killingholme Road in Habrough.
