The match will be a repeat of the semi-final of the 2022 T20 World Cup, where Jos Buttler and his men defeated the Men in Blue by 10 wickets. Hence, Rohit Sharma would like to get some revenge with a win. However, the rain is predicted to play a major role in the match at Guyana.
The match is scheduled to begin at 10.30 AM local time in Guyana. Unfortunately, there is a big chance that ran might play spoilsport during the game. According to Accuweather.com, there is a 56% chance of rainfall from 10-11 AM, and hence, there might be a big delay for the start of the game. The rain is expected to subside from 12 PM local time onwards, and hence, the match might have a delayed start.

Even though other matches of the T20 World Cup have a 60-minute buffer time for the match to begin, the India vs England semi-final has a 250-minute buffer time. A minimum of 10 overs per side needs to played in the semi-final, and for that to happen the match must begin at 1.44 AM IST.
The 250-minute buffer time is because there is no reserve day for the second semi-final at Guyana.
