Pretty in purple.
Kate Middleton made a surprise appearance at the Wimbledon tennis championships with her daughter, Princess Charlotte, amid the future queen’s ongoing cancer treatment.
On Sunday, the Princess of Wales was spotted walking into the high-profile event at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club alongside the 9-year-old.
She stunned in a purple midi dress and nude pumps, while Charlotte looked gorgeous in a navy blue-and-white polka dot dress and white ballet flats.
Middleton, 42, appeared in high spirits for the outing as she waved at the crowd ahead of the gentlemen’s singles final and stood in the crowd and cheered.
Event organizers hoped the mother of three would pop into the tournament before it ended on Sunday, as she’s known to attend annually.
“We’re hopeful that the Princess of Wales will be able to present the trophies as the Club’s patron, but her health and recovery is the priority,” event chair Debbie Jevans told Telegraph Sport last month.
Her parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, were photographed at the sporting event on July 4 and July 10.
On Wednesday, the 69-year-old matriarch wore a floral dress from her daughter’s favorite shop, Me+Em, paired with a gray blazer, while Michael, 75, sported a blue button-up shirt, a tie, a tan blazer and blue slacks.
They appeared chipper while sitting in their seats sans any other family members.
Kate’s latest outing marks her second public appearance since she revealed her cancer diagnosis in March.
Last month, the royal attended the Trooping the Colour parade with her husband, Prince William, and their children, Prince George, 10, Charlotte and Prince Louis, 6.
She looked chic in a white Jenny Packham dress, white heels and a hat.
The family watched the ceremony from Buckingham Palace’s balcony alongside King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
At one point, Kate and Charles, who was also diagnosed with cancer, shared a sweet moment as they were seen laughing together.
Ahead of the event, a Buckingham Palace rep told Page Six that Charles, 75, was “delighted” his daughter-in-law would attend as he was “looking forward to all elements of the day.”
Kate has stayed out of the limelight since revealing her diagnosis following abdominal surgery in January.
Despite her recent appearances, she reportedly may not resume her royal duties for the rest of the year.
However, Kate is taking it one day at a time while she undergoes treatment.
