Nia Sanchez and Daniel Booko‘s family is growing!
The Valley star is pregnant, expecting her fourth baby with Booko, Us Weekly was first to report. Sanchez, 34, and Booko, 41, are already parents to son Asher, 3, and twins Isabelle and Zariah, 18 months.
While pregnant with her twin girls, the former Miss USA and her husband shared a YouTube vlog detailing a difficult diagnosis she received in March 2023.

“We got some news on Tuesday, and today is Friday. Would you like to share so I can keep it together?” she asked Booko in the video, shot in their car. “On Tuesday, we were diagnosed with TAPS,” he began.
“Twin Anemia Polycythemia Sequence,” she explained, naming a condition in which “blood flows unequally between twins that share a placenta (monochorionic), resulting in one fetus receiving more red blood cells than the other,” per the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
“We’re in stage one of that. That was not good news,” Booko said. “But we’ve been praying that it normalizes by itself, and that’s what we’re going to check right now.”

A few months later, the couple welcomed their “two little angels” on Father’s Day, revealing the news on Instagram and calling the occasion “extra special this year.”
Daughters Isabelle Marie and Zariah Rose were born at 2:07 a.m. on Sunday, June 18, with Isabell weighing 5 lbs., 8oz., and Zariah weighing 5 lbs., 6 oz.
In the caption of their joint post, the proud parents shared, “We are absolutely in love and have been soaking up every magical moment with these little ones. We can’t wait to share more soon!”
