HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — There has been an arrest made in connection to the shooting near a Huntersville shopping center Thursday afternoon.
According to Medic officials, the incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. July 11, in the 10000 block of Cane Creek Drive. There are a McDonald’s and Bojangles in this area. The male victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, Huntersville Police said.
Officers arrived shortly after the shooting and took a person of interest into custody. Huntersville PD says they are not looking for any suspects and the area is in no danger at this time.
