The Bills will be short two starting defensive backs at Wednesday’s practice.
Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters that cornerback Rasul Douglas and safety Taylor Rapp will not participate. The Bills will be holding a walkthrough rather than a full practice session.
Douglas has a knee injury and he missed time during last Sunday’s loss to the Rams. Rapp played every defensive snap, but is dealing with a neck injury. McDermott said the team will take it day by day with both players as they head into this weekend’s game against the Lions.
Defensive end Casey Toohill (rib) will be limited and wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) will be a full participant.
