Ricky Gervais continues the roll-out of his upcoming ‘Ricky Gervais: Mortality’ tour with the announcement of four North American and Canadian dates.
The comedian will perform in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto and Laval it has been confirmed. The full details of the dates are:
Tickets will be available with pre-sales starting Thursday 24th October at 10am local time, ahead of the general on sale beginning Friday 25th October at 10am local time at LiveNation.com.
With over 80 work-in-progress shows now under his belt this year, Gervais’ ‘Mortality’ tour starts officially this week, with two nights at the York Barbican (Tues 22nd & Wed 23rd). Full list of shows currently announced in below grid, More worldwide dates for 2025 will be announced in due course, including London dates.
Fresh from his most recent stand-up special ‘Armageddon’ winning a Golden Globe, hitting Number 1 on Netflix and claiming the world record for the highest grossing comedy gig of all time, ‘Mortality’ will once again be filmed for Netflix.
Gervais said: “We’re all gonna die. May as well have a laugh about it. Mortality looks at the absurdities of life. And death. Bring it on.”
As Gervais has done with his previous tours, a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to charity – £1.91 million was donated to worldwide animal charities at the end of his Armageddon tour in 2023.
