Yahoo Sports fantasy analyst Tera Roberts breaks down why the Arizona QB is a solid play for fantasy managers in Week 12 against the Seahawks.
I know it’s difficult to trust Kyler Murray.
He has been one of the most frustrating quarterbacks to play in fantasy because on any given week he has overall legitimate QB1 upside, while on the other hand, he might actually deliver one of the worst performances of the week.
Recently though, things have really been clicking for the Cardinals.
They’ve been leading their division, and Kyler has been strong with the exception of one terrible performances too.
Chicago, which is excusable.
Believe it or not, despite the inconsistency in Kyler’s weekly fantasy points, his production is actually somewhat predictable.
His top 5 finishes have come in either highly competitive games or massive blowouts in Arizona’s favor.
This week he faces a Seattle defense that could technically deliver either one of those outcomes.
However, I do think that this game will most likely be very.
Competitive.
While the Seahawks have had their issues, they tend to stay competitive and their defense is very vulnerable.
This sets up very well for Kyler to have a strong performance.
I don’t know if I trust his passing yardage to be incredibly high, but 200 passing yards with a couple of touchdowns and 40 yards on the ground, plus a resting touchdown is actually pretty realistic for another solid top 5 week for him.
