And Vancouver fans, ticketed or not, have a chance to get their hands on some of the Swift gear at one of two pop-up shops happening this week. The first merch pop-up is thanks to a tour partnership with Marriott, while the other is an off-site merch pop-up at Canada Place.

We stopped by both pop-up shops on Thursday, the day before the first night of concerts to see how big the lineups were, what was in stock, and what people were buying.
Read on to learn more about the Vancouver Eras Tour merch situation.
Marriott Bonvoy Eras Tour merch pop-up
For four days, members of the hotel chain’s Marriott Bonvoy club will be able to shop for Eras Tour merchandise at the The Westin Bayshore (1601 Bayshore Dr., Vancouver). It’s free to sign up for a Bonvoy membership, according to a representative for the company.
Located in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom, fans will be able to shop The Eras Tour merchandise (no word yet on whether that coveted blue crew neck will be there) during the following dates and hours:
Thursday, Dec. 5: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The first 30 minutes of this pop-up Eras Tour shop will be reserved for hotel guests each day, according to the rep. A previous release noted the merchandise pop-up would also be open on Sunday, but a recent update notes it is now on for three days only.
On Thursday, the first person lined up at 7:30 a.m. to get their chance at gear. The second group arrived at 9:30 a.m. The early birds all noted they were armed with a similar shopping list: the coveted blue crewneck sweater and the equally admired quarter-zip sweater. Both were available inside the Marriott pop-up at the start of the sale.

Boxes filled with Swift merch were neatly stacked behind a long row of tables. The merch sales team was poised with their point of sale terminals to get fans through quickly.
As noted, the first 30 minutes of the sale were reserved for hotel guests (who lined up in a separate line). By the time the sale opened, the wait to get in for non-guests snaked around the building outside.
Item limits are in place in the effort of allowing more fans the chance to grab Eras Tour merchandise, according to reps of the sale. But, overall, the sale was very well stocked.
Eras Tour off-site merch pop-up
Another Eras Tour merch pop-up is being hosted by B.C. Place but will be located off-site, away from the stadium. This follows the practice of other Eras tour stops where fans have had a chance to pick up merch prior to show day.
This pop-up is set up at the Canada Place cruise ship terminal (999 Canada Pl., Vancouver), just a short walk from TransLink’s Waterfront Station. The operating hours are as follows:
Wednesday, Dec. 4: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

On Thursday afternoon, there was no line outside. Instead, fans were ushered toward the sale entrance, down an escalator and into an open area. If the pink tape on the floor marking out the guide for where to line up was any indication: they are very prepared for large crowds here.
Approached at various points in the lineup, fans noted they’d been waiting about one to two hours to get through to shop.
“I was surprised it was so short,” said Jenna Lagoutte, a Swift fan who travelled from Alberta to attend the concert.
At the merch tables, fans lined up into smaller queues to wait their turn to purchase. By the afternoon on Thursday, the most coveted pieces such as the blue crewneck sweater, grey quarter zip and the friendship bracelet, were sold out.
Most fans appeared to be leaving both sales toting several items each.
“Three shirts, two sweatshirts and a water bottle,” Lagoutte said of her Eras Tour haul, noting she plans to check back at the pop-up for additional pieces and restocking throughout the weekend.
Swift fan Kaitlyn Forman travelled from Saskatchewan to attend the show with her mom on Saturday night. With her dad in tow at the pop-up sale, she left with an armful of goodies, noting she got almost everything that she’d hoped to buy.

“Except for the blue crew,” she said.
When asked about what makes this tour finale weekend so special, she was quick to respond: “Because it’s the last Eras Tour location,” Forman said. “It’s pretty cool.”
