▪ The other new team is Lake Norman (3-1). The Wildcats upset Marvin Ridge 22-16 Friday, when the Mavericks were No. 16 in The Sweet 16. Lake Norman freshman QB Kaden Craft was 15 of 18 for 121 yards and two touchdowns. He ran 18 times for 106 yards and a score. Lake Norman plays AL Brown Friday.
