The New York Jets just fired head coach Robert Sala and man, when, when, when, when you have a team full of talented guys like this and you’re supposed to be just a quarterback away.
There’s obviously a disconnect somewhere.
The first person they look at is the head coach that either not responding to him.
It’s something he’s not doing well.
Robert Sala just so happened to be the victim at this point and the chance decided to part ways with him killer, how you feel about it.
My first thought was what Quincy Williams said after the game.
He said that he was tired of hearing the same ish.
And when I heard that the first thing I thought of, that’s your leader, that’s your leader on defense.
So that, that’s like a message to the top and for your leader to say that is kind of like, oh, that’s tough to hear something’s disconnected.
And so I think they had to make a decision and, you know, I don’t know if Aaron whatever he, I don’t, I don’t know.
But to me, I’m focused on like what Quincy said because that, that to me was something when I saw that.
I was like, oh man, that, that’s not good.
Puts a dark cloud over the, over the team for at least a day.
I never wanna see anybody get fired.
But when you guys are not responding at all, it’s like, ok, a change has to be made.
And uh you hate to see it from a man’s standpoint because we’re all just men trying to provide for our families.
We’re all just men trying to live out a dream.
You never want to see a person get fired.
You never want to see that scroll across the TV.
You never want to have that feeling of getting released or cut or fired.
And, uh, you never want to see it happen to anybody else.
But this is a performance based business and a lot of us, you know what you sign up for and you know, so just like I know and the coaches know if you don’t perform, they will get you out of there and find the next person.
I’m sure you were told just like I was told as soon as you got drafted to looking for your replacement and there’s no different with coaches.
They always got their eyes on the next coach or who can get the job done.
Because in a performance based business you have to perform and the Jets were not performing and it, it, it almost looked to the point to where it was like this is not good.
