Making their in-ring return on tonight’s WWE SmackDown, a tag team returned to action after over three months since their last match.
WWE tag team Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) returned to in-ring competition in a match tonight against the Street Profits.
Last week in a backstage segment, the duo interrupted the Profits speaking to SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis to pitch their idea for ‘Pretty Deadly: The Musical’.
However they instead left with a challenge to match that happened tonight (July 5) but it would ultimately be a losing effort.
The Street Profits picked up the win in tonight’s match with B-Fab at ringside to support.
Pretty Deadly last appeared in the ring on SmackDown back on March 29, 2024 where they picked up a win over Randy Orton and Kevin Owens.
They haven’t been in action since then and have barely been featured on shows outside of being shown very briefly in the crowd at Clash at the Castle.
Elsewhere on tonight’s show, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair beat Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell in a tag team match.
After the match Cargill and Belair told Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre that they intended to target them to get back the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
