Aston Villa have announced plans for a regeneration project in the area next to Villa Park, due to open in a year’s time.

A multi-use venue named ‘The Warehouse’ will be constructed, which will be free to ticketed supporters on matchdays and will become the largest beer hall in the Premier League.

There will also be an expanded plaza in the North Grounds, with the aim of amplifying the matchday atmosphere.
