The final round of the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic kicks off Sunday, June 30 at Detroit Golf Club. Here’s what you need to know watch Sunday’s final round, including full Sunday TV coverage, streaming info, tee times and more.
The 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic sure has been one entertaining event, with a whopping 13 players all within four shots of one another atop the leaderboard. But the same two guys who saw their names in 1st place after the second round are the ones playing together in the final group on Sunday.
That would be Akshay Bhatia and Aaron Rai, who went head-to-head again during Saturday’s third round to both post 68s. They’re currently both T1 at 17-under, and are scheduled to tee off at 2:00 p.m. EST.
For Bhatia, he’s seeking his third PGA Tour win, while Rai is on the hunt for his first victory — so we’ll see if one of them can handle the pressure, perform at their best, and close out Sunday’s final round with a Rocket Mortgage Classic title.
But Bhatia and Rai are going to have their hands full in order to hold off the rest of the field, as players like Cameron Davis, Cameron Young, Erik Van Rooyen, and Min Woo Lee (among others) will be nipping at their heels, so the verdict is still very much in the balance as the final round gets going.
