Hugh Jackman, who is gearing up for the release of his highly-anticipated film Deadpool & Wolverine, has revealed his deep admiration for Rohit Sharma.
With co-star Ryan Reynolds, Hugh, during a conversation with Marvel India, expressed his enthusiasm for cricket, further naming his favourite cricketer from the Indian team. Mentioning that he is obsessed with cricket, the Australian actor, without missing a beat, said, “Right now, Rohit. Come on. You just took the cup home. I’m glad,” leaving Reynolds amazed.
He also described that “Rohit was a beast” in the T20 tournament, suggesting that he kept track of India’s matches. “THE X-Man talking about THE Hitman,” Marvel India wrote in the caption.

Following the match, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja announced their retirement from T20Is, leaving fans heartbroken. “This picture epitomises how I’m feeling right now.
