Let’s take a look at this week’s Waver Wire connections presented by spectrum every week.
Dalton and I share our large medium and small priority players off the waiver wire heading into week 12.
I don’t think we have the greatest set of options here, but nevertheless, some players that can help the fantasy folks out there.
Dalton, give us your list of guys to pick up heading into week 12.
My small priority is Marquez Valdes Scantling.
He has 100 and 96 receiving yards and three touchdowns on just seven targets over the last two weeks, Valdez Scantlin is a clear boom or bust player who’s ideal for best ball, but he’s worth adding in deeper fantasy leagues as well.
My medium pickup Elijah Moore who’s averaged 10 targets over three games since Jameis Winston took over as starter.
He’s available in more than 90% of Yahoo Leagues.
And finally, my large priority pickup is Will Disley.
He’s averaged 6.6 targets over the last five games.
He’s been a fantasy tight end one over that span.
Los Angeles is set to play more shootouts after an earlier schedule filled with low scoring games and Disley can help at a tricky tight end position.
Now that he’s locked in as starter, he’s available more than 75% of Yahoo Leagues.
My small priority player is rookie wide receiver Jalen Coker.
The only reason I don’t have him higher is just that Adam Thalen is coming back and big slot is kind of Adam Deen’s position, so not quite sure how those guys are gonna be on the field together.
Nevertheless, it’d be weird if they took Coker off the field because he been a nice little surprise for them.
If you’re gonna beat the Chiefs, you’re gonna throw on them through the slot.
So Coker could be a nice sleeper here in week 12, medium priority player, Trey Benson, 21% rostered right now.
I think that’s got to be a lot higher.
Benson started to get more involved prior to the bi week where the Cardinals offense started peaking.
Benson might not have stand-alone value, but if something happens to James Connor, you want Trey Benson parked on your bench, not on the waiver wire for your opponents to pick up my large priority player might be a little bit different than Trey Benson.
He might have some stand-alone value here, Roshon Johnson, 7% roster.
He had a bunch of goal line work in Thomas Brown’s first game calling the plays.
He ran 10 routes to 13 for swift and if anything did happen to deandre Swift, it looks like he would just take over that running back one spot.
Now that Khalil Herbert is out of the mix, this has been the way of wire connections on the Yahoo Fantasy forecast presented by spectrum.
