Nova Scotians are facing higher fuel prices ahead of the Canada Day long weekend.
The provincial regulator moved the price of regular self-serve gasoline up by 2.8 cents to 174.9 cents per litre in its weekly adjustment.
Meantime, diesel prices saw a downgrade of 1.3 cents and rests at 177.3 cents as of this morning.
One year ago, we were paying 1.53 for gas and 1.44 for diesel.
