Goalkeeper James Trafford was an unused sub for England in their 3-0 win in Greece and 5-0 thrashing of Republic of Ireland in the Nations League at Wembley on Sunday.
Trafford’s Clarets team-mate Josh Cullen played 76 minutes in midfield for the Republic of Ireland against the Three Lions, as well as the whole game in a 1-0 win at home to Finland on Thursday.
England won Group B2 to secure promotion to League A, while Ireland finished third and now face a play-off in March next year to decide whether they stay in League B or are relegated to League C.
