The new centre will be on the site of a former hotel and bar in the area.
Its owners plan to offer an 18 hole mini-golf course, as well as pickleball courts and beach volleyball.
Every hole on the golf course is going to pay tribute to different landmarks in the area, with signs explaining their significance.
One of the new owners, Kevin Doell, told PANow that one of the holes will honour the different camps in the area, while another will honour the indigenous reserves in the area.
The owners plan to have the location ready to open in May 2025.
