The whole look is giving ‘Black Swan.’
Natalie Portman may be promoting her new drama miniseries Lady in the Lake, but her latest press tour look was seemingly a nod to one of her former roles. This week, the actress attended the New York premiere of her upcoming Apple TV+ show at the Museum of Arts and Design in a black lingerie-inspired outfit from Dior’s 2025 cruise collection that could’ve passed as an updated version of the off-the-shoulder dress she wore during the final scene of Black Swan.
Bringing the 2010s look into the next decade, Portman wore a beaded mesh minidress with a plunging slit down the front that fully exposed a pair of black hot pants below. The strapless LBD also offered a glimpse at her sheer corset bra top underneath and was cinched at the waist with a black leather belt. She accessorized with black strappy sandals and a smattering of diamond rings that highlighted her bright red manicure.
Perhaps the most Black Swan element of all was her exaggerated winged eyeliner and sweeping updo with face-framing pieces. She finished off her glam with a pink lipstick, coral blush, a dab of highlighter applied to each cheek.
The next day, Portman traded in her edgy ensemble for a sweet floral matching set. Attending a Q&A session for Lady in the Lake at the Robin Williams Center in NYC, the May December star went to the opposite side of the style spectrum while dressed in a high-waisted baby blue skirt that featured a flower pattern and yellow piping with an identical plunging top that tied below the bust. She wore her signature ankle-strap heels—this time, in silver—and pinned her brunette waves back into a half-up, half-down hairstyle.
