Chino now has its own Panera Bread drive-thru.
Panera is the latest eatery to open in Town Center at the Preserve, a new 24-acre development anchored by a Stater Bros. market.
Before, Chino residents had to go to Chino Hills or Eastvale, according to representatives of the St. Louis-based chain.
Panera specializes in bread, bagels, pastries and a variety of sandwiches, soups and salads.
Panera has a subscription service called the Unlimited Sip Club. For 14.99 a month plus tax or $119.99 per year, customers get hot and cold coffees, teas and fountain drinks. Three new beverages are included: Pomegranate Hibiscus Tea, Citrus Punch and Blueberry Lavender Lemonade.
The address is 8391 Pine Ave. Hours are 6 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
