Britni Walters/Riley Holliday, Williamsville: Walters compiled 25 kills and 25 digs and Holliday supplied 29 assists as Williamsville went the distance to defeat visiting Athens 25-19, 24-26, 25-22 in a key Sangamo Conference match. Holliday reached 2,000 assists in the process.
Mackenzie Mehochko/Kinley Stolte, Nokomis: Mehochko racked up 21 kills and 18 digs and Stolte provided 24 assists, five kills and three service aces as Nokomis won a three-setter, 25-22, 27-29, 25-10 over Lutheran in an MSM Conference match.
Madison Clark/Rachel Becker, Springfield High: Clark recorded 16 assists and five service aces and Becker led the Senators with nine kills in a 25-19, 25-19 victory over Southeast on the first day of the City Tournament.
Emma Sabatka, Pleasant Plains: Delivered nine assists and collected seven digs to help Plains defeat visiting Auburn 25-9, 25-12.
Reagan McGlauchlen, Pana: Helped the Panthers improve to 16-4 with a team-leading nine kills of a 25-16, 25-23 victory over Teutopolis.
Grace Cleveland, Jacksonville Routt: Led the team with 13 digs and five kills in a 25-16, 25-19 loss to Concord Triopia in a Western Illinois Valley Conference match.
Aiden Hatalla, North Mac: The senior carded a 2-over-par 72 for medalist honors and North Mac won the South Central Conference Tournament by nine strokes, 318-327 over second-place Pana at Indian Springs Golf Course in Fillmore.
Taylor Keirs/Jersey West, North Mac: Kiers ended with an 81 and West followed with an 83 for second and third place, respectively, as the Panthers won the South Central Conference Tournament 356-398 over second-place Staunton at Indian Springs Golf Course in Fillmore.
Kristilyn Levora, Carlinville: The senior won medalist honors, shooting a 78 at the South Central Conference Tournament. She was the only golfer to represent the Cavaliers.
Keagan Brown/Kaelen Furness, Carlinville: Brown knocked in two goals to go with an assist and Furness scored twice in Carlinville’s 6-2 home victory over Piasa Southwestern.
Julian Rice/Bryce Kukla, Riverton: Rice scored two goals and Kukla netted the other as Riverton tallied three second-half goals to collect a 3-0 home win over Decatur St. Teresa. Both Rice and Kukla had an assist apiece.
Max Fisher, Williamsville: The sophomore won the individual Sangamo Conference title on the third playoff hole against Pleasant Plains’ Anderson Thielen after the pair shot 4-over-par 76 in regulation at The Rail.
Anderson Thielen/Landon Jacobson, Pleasant Plains: Thielen and Jacobson finished in second and third place, respectively, at the Sangamo Conference meet to lead the Cardinals to the team title at The Rail. Jacobson shot 80.
