WCL T20 2024 Updated Points Table, Highest Run Scorers, Wicket Takers: Australia Champions defeated India Champions by 23 runs at the County Ground, Northampton on July 8 (Monday) and have now booked their place in the semifinals of the World Championship of Legend 2024. Australia Champions registered their third consecutive victory whereas India Champions endured their second consecutive defeat after facing a big loss against Pakistan Champions in their previous match of the WCL 2024.
Australia joined Pakistan in locking their semifinal berth as they are now second on the WCL 2024 points table, trailing only Pakistan Champions.
Shaun Marsh and Daniel Christian helped Australia Champions set the target of 200 in 20 overs for India Champions but the latter could only manage 176 runs in 20 overs, losing by 23 runs.
