Tier One Travel marked its 30th anniversary last month with equestrian-themed celebration at Spruce Meadows, a sports facility in Calgary, AB.
Held on June 16, the lively event welcomed Tier One Travel consultants, staff, and suppliers into a Skybox, where attendees enjoyed Spruce Meadows’ National event: a day of horse jumping championships, live country music concerts, dog shows, markets and more
“This momentous occasion was marked with immense pride and gratitude as we reflected on three decades of excellence in the travel industry,” reads a company blog post, documenting the day.
“Our love of travel is what created Tier One Travel in the first place – that and our passion for people and ensuring they have the most incredible, memorable travel experiences possible. We remain 100 per cent Canadian-owned and operated and, as a boutique host agency, have respected relationships with some of the best suppliers worldwide.”
Tier One Travel began from humble beginnings – the business says it was first Canadian travel agency to implement a host agency model dedicated to supporting independent travel consultants.
“Over the years, Tier One Travel has transformed into a leading force in the travel industry,” the agency says.
Its growth and success is not the result of individual efforts, “but a collective achievement of our dedicated team, talented travel professionals, and supportive suppliers.”
“Together, we have built something truly remarkable,” the company writes.
As the team raises a glass to 30 years of success, it also looks forward to the future.
“The travel industry is ever-evolving, and we are excited about the new opportunities and adventures that lie ahead,” the company writes. “We remain committed to innovation, excellence, and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.”
