November is set to be an exciting month for new TV shows and movies hitting streaming sites Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and more. From reality TV junkies to sci-fi and comedy lovers, there’s something new for everyone this month.
Start getting into the holiday spirit with Lindsay Lohan’s upcoming Netflix holiday movie, or laugh your heart out watching Interior China, with the always entertaining Jimmy O. Yang and Ronny Chieng. Additionally, the wait is finally over for Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2, and we’re adding to the on-screen Dune content with Dune: Prophecy. And don’t forget about the new Cruel Intentions series coming to Prime Video.
Jacques Audiard’s film Emilia Pérez, starring Karla Sofía Gascón, Zoe Saldaña and Selena Gomez, arrives on Netflix this month.
The film uses music to tell the story of a Mexican cartel boss, played by Gascón, who enlists the help of lawyer Rita (Saldaña) to get gender confirmation surgery.

In Our Little Secret Lohan plays Avery, who unexpectedly finds herself with her ex-boyfriend Logan (Ian Harding) over the holidays. Now that they’ve broken up, Logan is dating her current boyfriend’s sister.
New series The Madness comes to Netflix this month, starring Colman Domingo. Muncie Daniels (Domingo) is a respected media pundit who gets framed for the murder of a white supremacist. Trying to clear his name, Muncie goes on the run and has to battle against disinformation.

The upcoming series Say Nothing takes us to the time of The Troubles in Northern Ireland. Based on the book by Patrick Radden Keefe, the nine-episode FX show starring Lola Petticrew, Hazel Doupe and Anthony Boyle, spans four decades, beginning with the abduction of a single mother in 1972.
Starring Jimmy O. Yang, Ronny Chieng and Chloe Bennet, executive produced by Taika Waititi, the limited series Interior Chinatown is based on Charles Yu’s book.
While Willis Wu (Yang) is dreaming out a world outside Chinatown, he’s unexpectedly a witness to a crime.

The Canadian Amazon Original docuseries tells the story of teacher Laura Letts-Becket, who mysteriously drowns during a fishing trip to the Canadian rockies. Her husband, Peter, is the only witness. The series follows the police investigation, “exposing additional murder allegations and questions about marriage, religion, suicide and a plot to kill witnesses.”
The upcoming Cruel Intentions adaptation follows the students of Manchester College. Step-siblings Caroline Merteuil (Sarah Catherine Hook) and Lucien Belmont (Zac Burgess) are willing do anything to get to the top of school’s social hierarchy.

Set before Denis Villeneuve’s films, and based on the novel “Sisterhood of Dune” by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson, showrunner Alison Schapker focuses on the Bene Gesserit, particularly sisters Valya Harkonnen (Emily Watson) and Tula Harkonnen (Olivia Williams).
Canada’s Drag Race returns for Season 5, with new drag artists competing for the title of “Canada’s Next Drag Superstar” and a $100,000 prize.
Brooke Lynn Hytes, Brad Goreski and Traci Melchor return as the show’s judges, with guests including Orville Peck, Shea Couleé, Ts Madison and Simone Denny.

One of our favourite shows, Bad Sisters, is back for Season 2, with all the Garvey sisters returning. Sharon Horgan plays Eva, Anne-Marie Duff is Grace, Eva Birthistle as Ursula, Sarah Greene as Bibi and Eve Hewson plays Becka. The famed actor Fiona Shaw has also been added to the cast.
Starting two years after the death of “The Prick,” Grace’s abusive husband, the past always has a way of coming back to haunt people.
The drama series Silo also returns in November, starring Rebecca Ferguson, with Steve Zahn being added to the cast.
Juliette (Ferguson) has travelled outside Silo 18, discovering the existence of others. Now on Silo 17, she meets that Silo’s only survivor.

Yellowstone returns this month, a long wait after the first part of the season concluded in 2023.
Co-created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, the hit series has followed the Dutton family and their cattle ranch. Fans of the show will be watching to see how the show says goodbye to Kevin Costner’s John Dutton.
Michael Fassbender is working undercover for the CIA in The Agency. Martian (Fassbender) is ordered to start his most pivotal mission yet, abandoning his persona.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sees Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke return, with the addition of new Housewife Bozoma Saint John, a “marketing titan” who’s friends with Stracke.
Both Richards and Kemsley will be dealing with their separations from their husbands, and Kathy Hilton, Camille Grammar and Faye Resnick will be around for appearances throughout the season.
Elizabeth Sankey’s documentary explores connections between postpartum mental health and how witches are portrayed in Western society and popular culture, creating “a new coven of women to reclaim their stories.”
